1. Merchant Information

2. Products Covered by These Terms

We currently sell only digital e-books supplied as PDF files. The available products are:

• The Complete Blueprint
• Scam Protection System
• Date Talk Guide

Product descriptions, prices, taxes, and payment methods are shown on the e-book page and in Stripe Checkout before you pay.

3. Ordering and Contract Formation

By placing an order through Stripe Checkout, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are authorized to use the selected payment method, and that you agree to these Terms.

A binding contract is formed when your payment is successfully completed and we accept the order by making the digital product available to you.

4. Digital Delivery

Delivery is digital only. After successful payment, we send a download link to the email address provided during checkout. The email normally arrives within a few minutes.

The download link is time-limited for security reasons. You are responsible for downloading and saving the PDF to your own device. If you paid successfully but did not receive the email, contact us at [email protected] and include your order ID or Stripe receipt.

5. Immediate Access and Loss of Withdrawal Right

The e-books are digital content supplied immediately after purchase and are not delivered on a physical medium.

If you are a consumer with a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right, you expressly request and consent to immediate digital delivery before the end of any withdrawal period. You acknowledge that once we begin delivery by making the download link available, you lose your statutory withdrawal or cancellation right to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Refund Policy: Final Sale for Delivered Digital Products

All e-book purchases are final once access has been delivered. Because the product is a digital PDF that can be copied, stored, and used immediately, we do not provide refunds for:

• change of mind after purchase;
• accidental purchase after checkout confirmation;
• failure to read the product description before buying;
• not achieving a personal dating, travel, or relationship result;
• incompatibility with a device that can otherwise open PDF files;
• not downloading the file before the time-limited link expires.

We may issue a refund only if required by applicable law, if a duplicate payment was charged in error, or if we are unable to provide access to the purchased PDF after you have contacted us and given us a reasonable opportunity to fix the delivery issue.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before opening a payment dispute or chargeback, you agree to contact us first at [email protected] so we can investigate and resolve delivery or access issues.

If you file a dispute for a delivered digital product without a valid legal basis, we may submit evidence to Stripe, the card network, and the issuing bank, including your checkout consent, these Terms, the refund policy, payment records, delivery records, download-link records, email logs, IP address information, and support correspondence.

8. License and Personal Use

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the purchased e-book for your own private use. You may not resell, share, publish, upload, distribute, copy for others, or make the e-book publicly available.

9. No Guaranteed Results

The e-books provide educational information and practical guidance. Dating, travel, safety, financial, and relationship outcomes depend on your own decisions and circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific result.

10. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Stripe may process your payment information according to its own legal terms and privacy policy.

11. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer protection law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country of residence.
